			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Slowly, solidify is improving. Bidirectional synchronisation should work now, although this does not make any sense yet, since the file system is still read-only. However, all the foundations are laid now and things should improve from now on. The user interface is still rough, and a non-writeable file system is largely useless for now. Unfortunately, my time is pretty limited currently &#8211; my dissertation comes first.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is my pleasure to announce the second release of solidify, the remote, cached, synchronising FUSE file system. Version 0.2.0 can be obtained on the <a href="http://jan.essert.name/solidify/download/" title="Download">download page</a>.</p>
<p>It has been a long time since the first release, but I have been occupied with my dissertation and life in general. I hope to be more productive in the next months.</p>
<p>Changes are: Many more safety checks and a command line tool that allows files to be selected for solidification in a mounted file system as well as bugfixes. There is a full overview over the <a href="http://jan.essert.name/solidify/development/" title="Status">current limited status</a> and some new <a href="http://jan.essert.name/solidify/documentation/" title="Documentation">documentation</a>.</p>
